Beginning Monday, November 6, the back door will no longer be accessible by partner agencies. So, we begin a new era of service for partner agencies – service at the dock!

Beginning on Nov. 6, when you arrive at the Food Bank to collect your order, you should park your vehicle between dock doors 5 and 6 (look for the numbers on the doors), and ring the bell positioned on the wall between those doors. Bruce or another one of our excellent warehouse team members will assist you from there. Please refer to the graphics below for more information.

This is not the last change to our pickup procedures, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work through these changes. This project, although it has caused some inconveniences, will provide us with the opportunity to distribute twice as much food as we do now, with an emphasis on fresh produce, frozen meat, eggs, and dairy. We know it will be worth it, so thank you for bearing with us!
