Food donations come in many shapes and sizes and every contribution is valuable. From truckloads of goods to grocery bags of food, the Food Bank of Iowa will direct every donation to the place where it is needed most.

Most needed items

• High protein items – canned meats (tuna and chicken) and peanut butter
• Canned soup
• Instant oatmeal
• Boxed meal kits
• 100% fruit juice
• Paper and personal products – toilet paper, paper towels bar soap, diapers, toothpaste
